Hello. I am using T4 Framework with t4 bs5 blank 1.1.7 version template . We have upgrade our server to PHP 8.1 and we took an error " cannot use a scalar value as an array" : https://prnt.sc/ujPBMukSoZfE We have downgrade to PHP 8.0 and still the same , so we go back to 7.4 . Any idea why ? Thanks
zorrox Hi
As you can see in the error message that it indicates issue from core file of Joomla, not from template.
Kindly check again.
Hello. I have install the site in another domain having PHP 8.1 and change the template to the default CASSIOPEA : ** REMOVED LINK ** and it seems its not core issue because the site is ok . I have try to make a debug to the problem BUT it seems your template not provide stack traces so it will be difficult to trace the problem , so can you help me on this one please? Thanks
zorrox You can share the FTP account of your site, I will look into it.
I have update the credentials at the post . Here are the version of the site: ** REMOVED LINK ** Waiting for you ! Thanks !!
Hi
I log into backend of your site >> view template of T4 BS5 Blank template but it shows normally:
Could you check again?
saguaros Please can you remove link and screenshot as Google Index them ? Also please let me know if you will add stack traces at you Framework . Thank you !!!!
Hello. Thanks for replying . Although if you choose this template style: ** REMOVED LINK ** You have seen the contact page where indeed you are getting no error . I have made default the problematic template style , so you can see at front the error.
Thanks
zorrox Which link should I access to see that error?
and actually, this is preview screen, not the front page and the error indicates the issue from core file of Joomla: /libraries/src/Document/Document.php
not template file though.
Hi. As I said if I choose the default template of Joomla we dont have any error .Please check the previous posts ! So your template cause the error ** REMOVED LINK ** and more precise the default style of your template (not the contact style) I have try to make a debug to the problem BUT it seems your template not provide stack traces so it will be difficult to trace the problem , so can you help me on this one please? Thanks
I debugged your site and saw that the issue comes from a 3rd party extension on your site called: Search House4You properties
I temporarily disabled this module and your site is working fine.
You should contact the provider of this extension for further checking to make sure that it's ready for PHP 8 🙂
zorrox I removed them 🙂
