As I understod, I need to install the version t3 framework 3.1.2 for joomla4 But I can't delete the old framework?
When I install the new framework, I have 2 framework versions.
When trying to delete the old one, it deletes the new one...

The T3 Framework is the system plugin, T3 Framework package is the package to quickly install both plugin and t3 blank template. You don't have to delete any item in the screen. Just make sure you upgrade T3 framework and T3 templates to the latest version then you can migrate your site to Joomla 4. (of course, you need to make sure other extensions are also ready for Joomla 4)
