Updates to Aiga Template and JA extensions aren't working

I am unable to find updates to the following joomlart modules on your site,
or
i found some but couldn't download as my active membership isn't being read properly.

I am trying to update the following:

Extension Name Extension (Type)

ja_aiga (Template): link?

JoomlArt Advanced Custom Module (Module): link?
