VikAppointments say it is not the component that fails
maybe it's a template problem? before changing everything can you tell me something?

      I just made a test reservation on your site but it seems not send the confirmation email to my email address.

      I enabled the debug mode, pls try to replace this error again and share with us the detailed error message so we can check further.

        never6910 As you can see that the error indicates issue from VikAppointments componnent, you should share the same error screenshot to the provider of this component. It seems not ready for the current PHP version your site is using.
