The template not show the same footer block in the desktop device on all pages

The template coach does not show the same footer block in the desktop device on all pages. By clicking on the home, eshop, blog items, the footer layout is displayed in one or two columns and not in 4 columns as I have set

I found that System - JCH Optimize conflicts with Ja Coach. By disabling it, the footer block is displayed correctly.
Can you do anything to avoid this conflict? Why don't you update Jquery?
