In fact I'm using that module under the name "Documentation" to show directly on the template position "section-2" , here you can check the URL for it:

After your last fix, now I don't see the error "TPL_NO_SUPPORT" when I choose other option for article grouping.
BUT, I think the issue is still not really fixed properly, because none of the grouping options works as it should be.
For example: in my case, I'm having different - article created dates/sub Category/Tags - for articles created under the parent category which I set in the module to show, when I try to group them in the Articles - Category Module -> Grouping options, no matter what i choose in the grouping options, it won't apply in article listing in front-page, so won't be any changing in the grouping article list.
