No, it's still there...The screen shot you are showing in your above post is after you changed the article layout to Default.(which i don't want to use for my article layout)
If you change the article layout to portfolio-2, you will see the issue.
I've changed the article layout back to use portfolio-2 layout, the issue is still there, please check the attached images .
You can see the article title is still covering the upper part of the Article intro image.
