How to make css changes work

I changed a line in "‎/templates/ja_blockk/css/template.css" in template "ja_blockk". Line 11074 that changes the percent size of an image. While the 100% was changed to 30%, but when I looked at the page with images with inspect the 30% was still 100%.
How do I get the page to have the updated css file?

Please be careful when you change the css rule for an element like 'img' as it will affect in all sections which have img tag. I recommend to add override css for the section that you want to customize specific.

and for the custom css code, you should create this css file: root/templates/ja_blockk/local/css/custom.css and add your custom css code into this file - it will not be affected when you update new version of template later.

For example:

img {
  max-width: 30% !important;
}

Is there documentation for custom.css?
I added custom.css and I cannot seem to get it to work.

You said: root/templates/ja_blockk/local/css/custom.css but I couldn't find the local directory.
Custom.css appears in the template files page.

I cannot call a class 2colNormal in a div. The below does nothing. I did clean the cache.

Could you share the URL of that page and tell me how you want to customize with that class? I will check for you.

I believe I have the classes and CSS figured out. Hopefully between Pagebuilder and CSS to control content easily.
