Unable to access previous GavickPro account

Hi - I purchased a lifetime GavickPro licence in February 2012. I can no longer log in with my old credentials. Is it possible to connect to my old account?

Since you purchased at Gavick prior to October 2017, please help to check this page for more explanation . All user accounts were terminated by Gavick before handing over operations to JoomlArt back then.

In case you are interested in restarting your membership, we can offer a special discount for returning users when you purchase GK PRO membership.

suggest that the account can be reinstated by sending proof of lifetime purchase - is that still the case and to what email address should that proof be sent?

You can find in your old Gavick purchase receipt where it stated that you got "Lifetime" membership, then you can take a screenshot of that receipt and attach it to your reply here.

Please note that after your GK Lifetime legacy access is restored, you can download from our GK Lifetime section only. This lifetime section is no longer updated and does not contain the latest versions of our templates.
