I cannot find a place to create Custom Fields. Documentation pointed to Joomla 4 menu item I don't seem to have. see upload. I see the tab "Fields" in the article creation pages so there must be fields somewhere.
Looks like something went bad as in the active site the Fields menu item appears. I'm going to start over from scratch as learning Blockk does bad things to the site.
