Your Pro Plus (JA + GK) membership provides you with access to both JA PRO and GK PRO membership. With JA PRO membership, you are able to access all JA templates and their complimentary extensions, though not all extensions (like JA Font) are included.
Please note that we offer a separate membership for all JA Extensions, known as JAEC. As such, if you attempted to download extensions from this section , it is not possible with your Pro Plus (JA + GK) membership.
If you are interested in getting JAEC membership also, we can offer a special discount as you are already an active member. You can check further details at our pricing page.
