ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

When clicking on the account verification link received in the email I get:

This page isn’t workingdesowv.org redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Also, if I try to go to /index.php?option=com_community I get the same error. This error occurs if SEO is turned on or off.

I found that if I set the default home page to JomSocial then I do not get the redirect error, however this is far from my desired home page for this site.

Any ideas?

I have now put the activation link in the site details box.

However, the same issue is found when simply going to DesoWV.org/index.php?option=com_community and it wont send me a email every time it is clicked 🙂

When going to /index.php?option=com_community it gives the too many redirects error and ends up at the url: https://desowv.org/component/community/?Itemid=144

?Itemid=144 is the location of the front page, AKA the menu item set as "Home", this is why I tried changing "Home" to the JomSocial component and then the activation link and /index.php?option=com_community worked just fine.

You don't need to take any action as the package you're currently using is the latest version and will be released soon.
