JA Simpli issue with image/article

Hey all,

I'm currently making a magazine website.

Issue 1
On my home page, I show a few articles.
The layout works as follow:
On top you can see the intro image of the article.
Below is the title
and then the text intro text (see image below).

I would like to have the intro image more "integrated" with The title and/or the article (see image below on the right side).

Any idea how to do that?

Issue 2:
When open the article, the image comes on the top as a full size despite I use only a 256 x 256 image.
Also I'd like the image to be on the left side while a part of the text goes to the right and then below the image.

JA Simpli doesn't override content component so if you want to customize, pls check the code in com_content on your site:

ROOT/components/com_content/tmpl/

For example, with the magazine menu item, it has 'Category Blog' menu item type of articles component, the associated folder will be:

ROOT/components/com_content/tmpl/category/

To override this view, you copy any file inside this folder and paste into the same folder in JA Simpli template:

ROOT/templates/ja_simpli/html/com_content/category/ (Create this folder if it doesn't exist now)

The same for your second request for article view:

ROOT/components/com_content/tmpl/article/

Pls understand that this is free template and we can't provide customization support for it.
