Once you try to register a new user you get the error message: Undefined error.
FunctionBay Hi, It appears that your website is caching HTTP requests. Even though I haven't logged in, I can still see the logged-in status. Please disable the cache and notify me.
Caching is off and disabled.
FunctionBay HI, I still unable to login to frontend, could you check again?
well login and then click for instance on register or any other page and you will see that you are logged in. That is the actual issue I have.
FunctionBay Hi, I understand the problem you're facing. It could be due to page caching. It appears that you're caching the HTML for super users and sharing it with all your users. To resolve this, please ensure that your caching is completely disabled. Regards
Hello again, I have switched off every app and also in the backend the cache module. There is no more caching ongoing via joomla. However the problem still exists and I don´t know how I can fix it.
FunctionBay Hi, Kindly disable the frontend cache as well. Upon checking, I noticed that the HTML for super users is still visible to me even without logging in. https://www.functionbay.org/my-account.html
Do you know how to switch that off? My main problem is that nobody can register on my webpage via jomsocial.
FunctionBay Hi, I think you should contact hosting provider to turn that off.
Okay, that has been turned off however once I would like to register a new user I have still the same issue. I do have a backup and can go back every time. Please help me to fix that issue since nobody is able to register to the site at the moment.
FunctionBay Hi, As i check, your site is included some tweaks to file index.php of joomla core. I've removed them and the register form is working now. Kindly check.
Great work. Don´t know how that code got into index.php but I thank you very much for fixing it. Thank you once again!
