How to change module titles from H3 to H2?

Hi,
I had my website assessed by someone with a screen reader
She browses the websute with the tab key.
So she goes from H1 to H2 to H3.
On the websdite I use the template t4_bs5_blank in the T4 template framework.

She noticed that she goes from the H1 to the H3.
Apparently the module titles are H3 and should be H2.

Is that something I can change in the template?
Or is that somewhere in Joomla?
