JOOMLA 4 UPDATE Process broken by Error Reporting Setting

Hi,
I have proceeded to follow the upgrade steps as described here:

After perfoming Step 1 of "Going to Joomla! 4.x" - After changing the Error Reporting to Maximum and clicked to save....

...the backend broke, and now gives only error.

PS Please see my access data on my other posting locked by Saguaros.

UPDATE: i reinstalled a backup - redid the updates - avoided the error reporting change and all went well.

I am on Joomla 4 now
