My Clients I use the template «Arthur» and can’t find the right place, where I can made this change.
Where can I change the background? I would like to implement a picture or just a color.

It's set via the layout of template: go to Backend >> Templates >> Arthur template >> Main >> Layout >>
and change the background image + color for Bottom Row 1 Position:
