Changing the image from the guy at the bottom of the site

I use the template «Arthur» and can’t find the right place, where I can made this change.

Where can I change the transparency effect from the grey bar? I would set down the oppacity of the bar in that way, that the bar were darker.

How can I change the picture from Arthur?

We add a background image in that section, this custom css defines it:

.bottom_contact_word_wrap {
    background: url(../images/s5_bottom_contact_bg.png);

You can change the background image file in: ROOT/templates/arthur/images/s5_bottom_contact_bg.png

For the image in center, it's located in: ROOT/images/bottom_person.jpg
