Joomla Next Migration Page Is Missing

Hello,

After all of the pre J4 prep, I am ready to move forward and migrate to J4. I have done many migrations, however this is the first time I ran in to this problem.

Upon clicking on Components> Joomla Update> Options> Choose Joomla Next> Save & Close,
then the next migration page comes up where you see what extensions need to be checked for compatibility.

Except, this time THAT page didn't show up. I've tried a few times to run it, cleared the cache, etc. Is there a way to get to this page? Or can I just upload the latest version of J!4? I don't want to move forward if there needs to be a migration vs a straight load.

In /administrator/index.php?option=com_installer&view=updatesites

Joomla core update sites was disabled, I enabled for you and you can see the pre-check update step now.
