Replace H4 Tags

Hi,

I am trying to make sure the heading tags on my site are consistent for ADA compliance but I am unable to change the headings for the container-tabs

Currently, the tags have the H4 tag that should be H3. I tried looking at the php but there was no easy way to manipulate this portion of the file. Would you be able to help me replace that to H3 or even Span, so that I may put the appropriate styling, so the site is as compliant as possible?

It belongs to the horizontal layout of Articles - Latest module.

I just changed for you via file: root/‎/templates/ja_candidate/html/mod_articles_latest/horizontal.php

Line 27-31:
