You can try to copy all code inside this file: https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/bootstrap-icons@1.7.1/font/bootstrap-icons.css

and paste into one of these 2 'custom.css' files of your site:

root/templates/your_template/css/custom.css
root/templates/your_template/local/css/custom.css

and remove above link in custom code section of template.

Then check to how it goes.
