JA MegaFilter PreSales Question

Hi there,

I tried actually 3 different PRO filter components but none matched my
needs. Yours looks pretty good so far but i want to make sure that
everything needed is possible, including output overrides and sorting by
custom fields etc..

I have round about 450 books in a category. Now i want to show 2 menu items
with seperate parts of these books filtered by a non visible main selector
(custom field). Then i want to have 4 custom fields above the list as
Drop-Downs or Lists or Checkboxes, because they include search keywords,
sort keys etc.. The result should be sortable by name/title, and some custom
fields like author etc. ist hat possible?

May I know which content you're using for these books?

Basically, with JA Megafilter, you can create filter >> then create a menu item type of megafilter to show the filter as you wish. Inside the filter, you can set to sort by name/title and show the custom fields as you wish.

saguaros ... sorry ... the links are cutted ... the part in the second row needs to be added to the blue highlighted part. Sorting by a custom field would be a point of interrest for me.

So here i am again ... i am ... what can i say ... after testing aroung 3 PRO components the past weeks and they all do one part good, one part not, other parts not very well your component is truly called MEGAFILTER ... it really does everything needed ... i will have to work a bit on optical stuff but the functionallityis mindblowing ... other filters cannot sort by custom fields ... for you its just a click on "Use to sort" ... that is so unbelievable ... great work!!!! That was the best decision to invest that money into your extension.
