Articles - Categories module not showing sub-categories

I am using the Articles - Categories module on the home page. I have # First Subcategories = All and Maximum Level Depth = All, but in the home page on the front end, the categories that contain sub-categories say "Show children not supported"

In template_styles>ja_tour-home there is a tab called Menu Assignment. I don't understand what that does. It seems to make no difference what I click on.

1 - This grid type of this module can support to show the first child level only so it can look nice as our demo site, I turn off the subcategories and it's showing normally now.

2 - In template >> Menu assignment, you can decide to assign this template style to the menu item page you wish. Normally, this home layout is assigned to 'Home' page of your site and all other pages will use 'Default' template style.
