Got error messages when upgrade plg_system_t4

I always get an error message every time I upgrade plg_system_t4 via JoomlArt Extensions Manager. The error message reads: 500 - Internal Server Error.
How to solve this problem?

JA Extension Manager sends POST request to url http://update.joomlart.com/service/ to check user info. Kindly check whether your firewall blocks POST request or 80 port or not.

I tried to update from my end but it worked properly:

I still get the error message on several websites that I manage. The error message only appears when upgrading plg_system_t4 only. Meanwhile, other modules, templates and plugins can be upgraded properly without any problems.

Is there another way to upgrade plg_system_t4 without going through the JA Extension Manager?

jakartaonlinemedia If you did not customize core files of T4 plugin on your site, you can download the latest version and install directly into your site.

Remember to BACKUP your site first.

Where can I download the latest T4 plugin? In the JA_Blockk T4 section, the available plugin is version 2.2.6, whereas the latest version is 2.2.7.
