This page is now just one paragraph and I can't add any formatting to that article...and scared to touch any of the other pages now.
When I asked how to stop the links and html formatting from being stripped out of the Custom Modules, a tech support turned off TInyMCE.

Since turning on TinyMCE again it is stripping out HTML formating and modules out of everything.

Can it please be returned to it's original settings? I am uncertain as to what was changed.

Thank you!

    Thank you!
Unfortunately, TinyMCE is still stripping out all of the html so everything is just on one line.
Some default setting on TinyMCE must have changed when support turned it off for editing Custom Modules.
Is there a default setting I can apply for TinyMCE again so I can use it for Articles?

      AzimuthDesigns Hi

You can go to backend of your site >> Plugins >> find plugin of TinyMCE editor and add all HTML tags that you want to 'Valid Elements' so it will not strip out these tags.

      Regards

      but..that's a lot of tags?
isn't there a way to reset TinyMCE again so that it won't strip out anything???
I don't feel like adding in an entire library of css and html is the proper way to do this.
Is there an example of what TinyMCE looks like when it starts? I could then reset it to that. If I'd made the changes I would have saved the presets..but since it was altered by a Joomlart rep, I have no idea what was changed.

I finally figured out how to fix it!
I just deleted everything in the fields and it does a default reset to standard permission for HTML.
Wow...that took a while to figure out!
