Hello, in purity iii I changed my footer in
„‎/templates/purity_iii/tpls/blocks/footer.php"
Where do I find the right position in purity IV ?

Hi @robertattenhauser,

Follow some below steps to view all footer position.

From the template dashboard click to the Layout tab.
Click the Edit button on popup to show and edit footer positions.

Thank you very much for your help! Now I know how to change the module positions.
I would be very grateful for an answer to another question: How can I change the content of the footer. In purity iii this was possible via

On my test site zugkraft.org it is the lower area with the content:

These text are defined in language file of footer module: root/language/en-GB/mod_footer.ini

MOD_FOOTER_LINE1="Copyright &#169; %date% %sitename%. All Rights Reserved." ; Note : %date% will be auto replaced by current year! Don't translate
MOD_FOOTER_LINE2="<a href=\"https://www.joomla.org\">Joomla!</a> is Free Software released under the <a href=\"https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html\">GNU General Public License.</a>"

You can override above language constants: MOD_FOOTER_LINE1 and MOD_FOOTER_LINE2

You're viewing files/folders of template in: [your_site_root]/templates/ja_purity_iv/

The language file should be found in language folder: [your_site_root]/language/en-GB/mod_footer.ini (you should access files/folders manager section in your hosting or use FTP client to access it).
