BlueGroup phantom DIV and issues with background color in TopRow3

The BlueGroup template is rending with a Phantom div between s5_top_row3_area1 and s5_top_row3_area2. (Red Arrow)

Also, both s5_top_row3_area1 and s5_top_row3_area2 background colors are rending with a space between the # and the hex, thus not working. (Orange Arrow)

If you want to remove that div, you can open the file:

[your-site-root]/templates/bluegroup/index.php

and remove that div at approx line 280

yeah, I know how to fix the 2 things, i'm just letting you guys know about the bugs / Shape5 template settings are not working.
