It appears that there is an issue with the language settings on the postbox. Please try the following solution:

Clear your browser cache.
Translate these langauge strings: COM_COMMUNITY_POSTBOX_STATUS_MOOD & COM_COMMUNITY_POSTBOX_STATUS_LOCATION
