Change Viewport scale from 1 to 5

The template is coming up with suggestions for accessibility when running Google suggestions. The Viewport needs to be set to 5, currently 1
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1, user-scalable=yes">

How do I change the setting, ben looking through the forum and nothing for Spa template. Error is ...
[user-scalable="no"] is used in the <meta name="viewport"> element or the [maximum-scale] attribute is less than 5.

HI Lloyd,

You can edit the line of code in this file:

[your_site_root]/plugins/system/t4/themes/base/html/layouts/t4/index.php

it's best to override this file so it'll be not affected when you update new version of T4, you can edit file and copy it to this folder in template:

[your_site_root]/templates/ja_spa/html/layouts/t4/

With Teline V template (built with T3 framework), you can edit in head block of template: /templates/ja_teline_v/tpls/blocks/head.php
