Gallery type article

Is there a way to "turn" an article from "Article" to "Gallery"? or show the "Gallery" field in all articles (not mandatory)? Subject: published articles now I need to add a gallery. The simple solution is to use a third party custom fielf but it's a shame not to use the existing one.

Hi Miltos,

It's an individual content type and I'm afraid that there is no way to convert default article type to Gallery content type. You have to create new article with Gallery content type instead.

Ok. One more question about the gallery: is the "caption" field also an "alt text" field?
