Blank installation page

Where do I get support for JA-Wall? I've uploaded it and unziped it but I get a blank page when trying to reach the install page.

I just downloaded and installed ja_wall quickstart without any problem, could you describe to us which steps are you taking to install it ?

Sure: download quickstart > upload to server > run unzip > try to access instalation on molina.blog.br and getting a blank page instead of the installation one.
I did the whole thing twice now

You can edit your first post and add to it access to your hosting cpanel , i will have a look at it

pavit Just added ftp info. DreamHost is where I install my websites. Are those credentials you're asking for?
I`ve done dozens of quickstart installations but that's the first time I come across such problem

Yes but would be better to have a cpanel access, i will try to install so i will need database info

I look at your folder and it is not a clean folder , you have configuration.php file and other files , please install template on an empty folder

This is because you've entered into a wrong domain. There are several domains under that user - luizfernandomolina.

MOLINA.BLOG.BR is the one where I am trying to install JA Wall.

The credentials for databese are in the first post now
