Joomla 4.3.0 and Vertex Framework causes site Error

Hello,
I updated a site yesterday to J4.3.0 and upon finishing the site provided a - 0 - setcookie(): Expects exactly 3 arguments when argument #3 ($expires_or_options) is an array - error. This is a multi-language site and it seems related to the language.
I'm using the default Shape5_Vertex template
