As I can see there is error in loading JS file of Kunena template on that page:
Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.devenez-fonctionnaire.fr/forum/bienvenue/762-am%C3%A9lioration-de-l%E2%80%99organisation-du-forum' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://devenez-fonctionnaire.fr/components/com_kunena/template/aurelia/assets/js/main.js'. Somehow, 'aurelia' - kunena template is loading JS files without https and it caused issue.
