when you post a picture into the stream, then at the bottom shows to share, shater to facebook, it when it happens.
Also when a person joins a group and its posted, if you click the persons name it sends you to change picture.

Checking more the main thing is when you click a person´s name instead of sending you to hiis/her profile information, sends you to change your picture.
