JA Content Listing Module not working with JA Coach

Hi,
we are using JA Content Listing Module in combination with JA Coach Template since we are using EasyBlog as content component instead of Joomla articles and we are appreciating the fact that JA Content Listing Module is supporting EasyBlog solution.
We found the module on JA Blockk Template and are using it on another page too and it works just fine.

But JA Content Listing Module is unfortunately not working as expected in combination with JA Coach.
There are no pictures and it seems whatever Layout and Item Setting we are using, this is not being reflected on homepage.
(see screenshots).

And on the menu 'projects' the module JA Content Listing Module (doesn't matter whether section-1, section-2 - section-8 is being used) is on the very top of the page and overlapping with logo and top menu.

Can you please take a look what the issue is or is the reason that JA Content Listing Module is not supporting the JA Coach template ?

Hi Markus

1/ In JA Content Listing module, you set to show image from 'Post Cover Image' of EasyBlog item but I checked 2 items in EasyBlog and they don't have cover image, I added for 1 and it's showing now.

2/ I removed the padding in layout of the section-2: pb-sm pt-0 and add this custom css:

.jaclEBlog div#t4-section-2 {
    padding-top: 20rem;
}

thanks so much.....this looks much better now.

But I still do not understand why there are no images being displayed when I use 'first article image' for the thumbnail image.
There is a first article image available in the post.

With regard to the issue with the padding .....thanks ....this is now perfect.
But when I navigate to the EasyBlog post detail page, I have the same issue with overlapping (see screenshot).

Regarding your issue, for the source Easyblog, the thumbnail image option "Post Cover Image" will display an image from "Easyblog > Posts > Media > This post" as the thumbnail.

Alternatively, if you select the option "Use first article image," the first image inserted directly in the post will be used as the thumbnail instead of the post cover image.

For the source Content, the options "Intro image" and "Full article image" will display an image from "Article > Images and Links." Similarly, the "Use first article image" option functions the same as in Easyblog.

Please review this information and let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

We are only using Easyblog as solution for our content - and not the standard Joomla content.

Back to my issue.
This is exactly what I am expecting for the source Easyblog, the thumbnail image option "Use first article image," will insert the first image from the post as the thumbnail.
But there is nothing displayed - it only works with option "Post Cover Image"

After conducting a thorough debugging process, I have identified that the issue is caused by an image source that is inserted from a different server than your source server. I am currently working on resolving this issue and conducting tests to ensure that it is fixed properly.
I will respond to you as soon as possible with an update on the status of the issue.

I have successfully identified and developed a solution to this issue. Although it appears to be similar to issue 45456, it is currently undergoing testing to ensure that both issues are resolved properly.

I completely took careful tests the solution on your backup site in my local machine and it works right. You kindly re-install a new mod-ja-contentlisting package then test and response to us.

I have downloaded and installed the new version of the mod-jacontentlisting and tested it accordingly.

The results are as follows (taking into consideration that we are using external storage solution Amazon AWS S3 within EasyBlogs:

There is no image visible but just the small placeholder image icon while all is fine in the EasyBlog post in detail view.
When I check the underlying URLs for the images, then I can see they are not correct in mod-jacontentlisting

thanks for the fast reply....much appreciated.
I have now discovered the additional field with new parameter for images source domain and filled with my amazon aws s3 URL and now all is fine.
I can see both the Post Cover Image and the First Article Image, whatever I use as default for the articles in JA Content Listing module.
Therefore for me the issue is now fixed and can be closed.

Are you now going to officially release this new module version to download section ?
