Advanced Custom Module - full width issue

dear all,

we did migration to joomla 4 and therefore also an upgrade to latest ja_directory template (2.0.0) + JoomlArt Advanced Custom Module (2.3.3).
On one page we're using the ACM to create a slide - since the update the slide width seems to be set to 2010px.
This looks quite bad in large screens (please see screenshot attached). We already set the "Full Width" on the JA Extra Fields settings.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Hi, sure I have tried clearing my browser cache. I forgot to add the following steps re reproduce the issue:

When everything looks fine to you. Please click on e.g. "VERZEICHNIS" (second menu entry) and then click again on "STARTSEITE" (home). With those two steps I can always reproduce the issue.

When everything works I can see via inspector, that the width will correctly increase/decrease also when resizing my browser windows:

But after reproducing the issue the width is fixed at 2010px and will not increase/decrease to resize the slider to full width.

I'm able to reproduce on Firefox and Safari.

Thank you for providing the information. I have conducted tests on your website using both Firefox and Chrome browsers. Additionally, I have tried adjusting the browser window size and the slideshow section still filled the entire screen. Could you please try again and see what happens?

thanks for reply. No sorry I'm still getting the issue with few of my devices (please find Safari and Firefox attached - also tested with chrome on a windows machine).
The site seems good when I first visit it. But after clicking on a menu item and then switch back to home by clicking on "STARTSEITE" the issue is back.

I added this custom css into your site:

}

Could you check and let me know how it goes?

Thanks for your time. But sorry, nothing changed on my side. I already tried playing around with that kind of css (setting margin e.g.) in past but was unable to fix.

ok strange thing - have you clicked on one sub menu item (e.g. VERZEICHNIS) and then clicked again on "STARTSEITE" ? When I first visit the site, it seems good to me too. But after clicking around the site, and going back to home, the issue is there.

sechosting Could you try with new private window of Firefox and check again? as I also asked my team to test but it shows fine like my screenshot.

I just tried again - but same here. I also asked two colleagues, they can also reproduce the issue (1x MacOS with Firefox + Chrome and Windows with Edge Browser).

Thanks for testing. Yeah that's a weird thing. It' only happening when user has a screen resolution greater than full-HD (1920x1080). In my case I'm using a 4k screen. My colleague uses an ultra-wide screen.

Are there any ideas from your side?

sechosting Yes, I did test with full-HD screen and retina screens but it still looks fine.

also we updated the ACM Module from 2.3.3 to 2.3.4 - but nothing changed here.
