JA Content Listing Module not using correct image URL

Hi there,
we are using JA Blockk with JA Content Listing module together with EasyBlog.
We have set to show image from 'Post Cover Image' of EasyBlog item but there is no image.

Please note we are using external solution Amazon AWS S3 for the images to reduce storage costs.
For this we have created a bucket in AWS and associated this within EasyBlog.

When we created a blog post with article images and post cover image, the post cover image is not displayed in
JA Content Listing module, while everything is fine when we open the blog post in EasyBlog.

I checked the URL of the image on JA Content Listing module and on the EasyBlog post.
The URL on JA Content Listing module is wrong while on EasyBlog post it is correct.

As your issue is related to a new feature, it will take some time for me to investigate the database and source code, and develop a solution accordingly.

thanks for the reply and acknowledging the issue.

As stated the URL on JA Content Listing module for the post cover image in the EasyBlog post is wrong while on EasyBlog post it is correct.
This is the case for all images on all posts - so reproducible any time.

It seems that JA Content Listing module it not correctly concatenating. So most likely it is using the local domain while it should just use the one from EasyBlog post taking into consideration that the file is located at object storage space at AWS S3

I have downloaded and installed the new version of the mod-jacontentlisting and tested it accordingly.

The results are as follows (taking into consideration that we are using external storage solution Amazon AWS S3 within EasyBlogs:

mod-jacontentlisting with Thumbnail Image: Post Cover Image

There is no image visible but just the small placeholder image icon while all is fine in the EasyBlog post in detail view.
When I check the underlying URLs for the images, then I can see they are not correct in mod-jacontentlisting

I am so sorry when I missed out to notice you config a new parameter I set only for Easyblog: Other image source server in backend: mod-ja-content-listing > module > Other Images Source Domain

I just added your amazonaws domain and made it work well as I have tested before. You kindly check again and response to us. I am sorry when taking your time on it.

thanks for the fast reply....much appreciated.
I have now discovered the additional field with new parameter for images source domain and filled with my amazon aws s3 URL and now all is fine.
I can see both the Post Cover Image and the First Article Image, whatever I use as default for the articles in JA Content Listing module.
Therefore for me the issue is now fixed and can be closed.

Are you now going to officially release this new module version to download section ?
