plugin-ja-content-type_1.2.1 is used in ja_flix and others, but when I updated the plugin version to 1.2.2, I couldn't choose to create a Gallery anymore. Also, created articles do not display the Gallery or Video tab either. I assume this affects ALL your templates that are using that plugin. Error or deliberate??

        Sorry, I remembered that it was on another subdomain. The user I mentioned didn't even exist. I've now created it, so please go ahead and try again.
        PS. I thought it was case sensitive, but I forgot it's not so that explains my previous answer!

        I just tried to add new gallery article content type and the Gallery tab shows normally:

        the same with 'Video' type, could you check again?

        This is because I have 1.2.1 installed. Please install 1.2.2 if you like!

        Your site is using JA Content Type version 1.2.2 and the add new button for Gallery + Video article content type are showing now. Could you check?

          saguaros Just did, and it seem to work. Do I need to think about anything so I did do anything weird? I just entered one of my other sites and the problem occured again. Have you updated the plugin-file or what must I do??

            Maybe it due to your browser? as I always see that content type options:

            Problem has occured again. I've switched JA Flix to my live site (updated my fields with user and password above) and I have now 1.2.1 installed of the plugin again. 1.2.2 doesn't seem to work and I'm beginning to wonder if it has something to do with the older template (JA Flix)? Anyway, another browser (Chrome, Version 114.0.5735.90) did not help either. Please have a look!

              It's weird as I still can see it's working as screenshot in my last post:

                Again... of course it works as 1.2.1 is currently installed. It's version 1.2.2 that doesn't work but I need to try some things out and need to work so I haven't updated the plugin for that reason. I'll install 1.2.2 so you can see that it doesn't work.

                  I realized that you're using different templates from JoomlArt on your site now, however, only JA Flix supports JA Content Type plugin, while JA Findus & JA Coach don't. You set JA Findus as default template style so the content type list doesn't show.

                  I just tried to set JA Flix as default and it's displaying normally.

                  Could you check?

                    Interesting, that must be new as of 1.2.2 plugin version. When I'm using 1.2.1 it doesn't matter what template is used as default. If I use plugin 1.2.2 and set JA Flix as default, it will work BUT it will disable the Listing Fields for JA FindUs so that is not a solution for me.
                    The only thing I can do, as it seems, is to keep JA FindUs as default and simply stay on plugin version 1.2.1. I'll try and create some articles, gallery, and video for JA Flix although it is not set to default. Let me double-check before we close this ticket!?!

                    So it seems to work, so if you don't have anything more to add we can close this ticket.
