We fixed the issue by updating plugin to the latest version 1.1.7 and your override file:

/templates/endourology/html/plg_jamegafilter_content/fellowships.php (line 168)

I have a similar issue but on another page.

To clarify I didn't write the overrides.

If you're logged in the front end, the links work however if you're logged out it takes you back to the homepage when before the update it would take you to the login page because they are visible only for "member" users.

Could you please help with that?

There are some of those that are visible to the public so the one to test would be the second one "BPH Roundtable – What is the Best Initial Surgical Therapy for Patients with BPH"

Hi,
As i check, some articles are assigned to joomla menus and they're set to Member only.
Ex: Flexible Ureteroscopy and Laser Lithotripsy
Do you really need to hide those articles from public? Can i suggest you another way to achieve it? Because hidden menus make megafilter doesn't work correctly.

Hi,
Now i have a solution for you case, it will change all urls of your articles, but it think this is necessary. Pleas follow these steps:

disable menu Past Webinars and its children
create a new hidden menu with type Articles » Category Blog, on setting, please pick category Endourology & Stones
override my patch bellow to templates\endourology\html\plg_jamegafilter_content\webinars.php
save the filter Webinar again
open menu that has filter at frontend, clear browser cache or just use keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+R
check the result
