Based on pre-screening, it was brought to my attention that both Guru User Update & System - Guru Cron could be an issue. Before attempting to update on test server, thought I ask if there was something that you have heard of that we need to do. Such as remove or if not to worry, etc etc... - thanks
Also, had two others on this list, but not has hazardous of warnings; which are: T3 Framework System - JA Content Type
But I think the main concern and questions are the previously discussed with regards to Guru.

These 2 plugins from Guru are ready for Joomla 4 so you can ignore this message and update to Joomla 4.
With T3 framework and JA Content Type plugin, you can simply download and install latest version of them, they are compatible with J4 as well:
