I updated my site to Joomla 3.10 and found that the s5_flex_menu was not displaying. I thought that a Vertex update might be required (it says in the documentation that Vertex can be updated at any time). After the update I got a missing XML file error and site dead. I backed out that Vertex update, purchased a new Shape5 subscription, downloaded the Shape5 Corpway template (not the one for Joomla 4) and updated. I assume that this Corpway template update also includes Vertex updates?

This caused the issues in the screenshot attached.

As this is a live site, I have had to back out this update too.

Please advise me what I need to do to get the site updated and working properly.

Ok, here's what I did:-

1. Restored to previous working version.
2. Updated the template Corpway to latest 1.07
3. Frontend Site failed
4. Updated Joomla to 3.10
5. Site working with working s5_flex_menu but there is a font loading error for Raleway which is set as the highlight font. Inspector showing the following error:-

xed Content: The page at 'https://ramcassociation.org.uk/remembrance/turning-the-pages' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet 'http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Raleway:100,200,300,400,500,600,700,800,900'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Where in the shape5 files is the call being made using http and not https?

Never mind, I found it in index.php. I'm very surprised that the template is using a hard coded http and not https.
