T4 2.2.9
JA Sport template

I have a problem with the mainmenu sub items:

Mainmenu items level 1 + level 2 + level 3 work fine on desktop pc when using mouse.
Also on tablet when using the mouse.
On mouse hover the sub items 2 + 3 open and you can click on it as supposed to.
All 3 levels, no problem.

But there is a problem on my Microsoft Tablet, on all browsers:
I can touch level 1...
level 2 opens...
touch on level 2...
but level 2 does not show any sub items (level 3 is not visible).
So I cannot get to the menu item level 3 and its content.
Level 2 i the last level to use.

This problem only appears when using my finger - touching the display.
No problem on tablet when using the mouse!

  • I think it may have to do with the animation of the dropdown menue areas.
  • changing the T4 animation does not help
  • default Joomla menu and T4 Megamenu with same problem
  • I think the level 3 dropdown area is there - but just invisible
    (you can touch by coincidence in the empty space on the right)

        I have applied the fix to your site. Please clear your browser cache and try again.

        However, please note that the solution is not yet complete. We recommend using the Slide megamenu effect instead of Fade while we continue to work on fixing all bugs.

                      This fix requires some changes on template, so before your template get new update, please don't upgrade T4.
