I have created a course with 4 module quizes. I set up the final exam and added the 4 quizes to the back. It shows publised, all quizes and final exam published but when I get to in the front-end it says this exam is not published. (see all my screenshots) please advise. I notice it says 0 questions in the final exam but I don't know how to change this. The quizes are published and I've taken them. Thank you

It looks like you're using old version of Guru. Could you take a backup of your site and install the latest version and see how it goes first?
Remember to backup first.
