joomla 4 - Forte: Menu item with Link Type-Link image frontend error

When I add a menu item in Joomla 4 with a "Link Type -> Link Image" it gives an error message in the frontend.
In Joomla 3 this works correctly.
The joomla 4 version website is an exact copy of the joomla 3 version.

See attached:

in Joomla 3 the menu bar with the image in "Leden" item.

Are you using latest version 1.0.6 of this template? https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/shape5/joomla-templates/s5-forte

I just tested the same but it worked fine.
