It seems that on many browsers submenu items are not displayed even if the "submenu links" displaying parameter is set to display.
Can you please help us to solve this problem?

The problem was on my Android smartphone. It seems to be resolved now.
I have another question: how can I remove the Sidebar Menu string on the top of the menu? Do you want me to open a new forum discussion for a better indexing?

It's off-canvas title, you can override this language constant: T4_OFF_CANVAS_TITLE
I just added into your site: administrator/index.php?option=com_languages&view=override&layout=edit&id=T4_OFF_CANVAS_TITLE
Currently I leave it blank, if you want to override it by your own text, you can put it there:
