Problems with template style

Hi!!
I have a t4 framerwork, and it's working good. But When I enter the template style, it stays thinking for a long time, and sometimes it doesn't let me change the characteristics. I've tried disabling plugins but still the same. I can't find the cause of the problem.

Are you using a good hosting? You can clone your site and test in local host and see if the issue persists there or not.

P/s: the provided admin account doesn't work so I can't log into backend of your site now.

I have done the tests and the result is the same. I have done tests trying to temporarily disable some plugins, but I can't find the problem. I think that something is conflicting with the template, but I can't find what it is.
You can try to log in again. I have updated the user data, so you can enter.

Hi Mikemiles.
I have another website with the same template and this server, but this one doesn't have the same problem. If my server doesn't have enough resources, neither would work. But one works great and the other doesn't.
I can't find what is the problem.

biviana82 Try to test with Private mode of browser or use another browser, it works normally at my end.
