How to disable T3 OnOff button when accepting privacy policy

Hi there,
when the user has to accept the privacy policy, at the first login, there's a broken on-off button, which you can see in the screenshot. You can't use it, you can't change between ON and OFF.
How to disable it and display a normal radio button?

here's the T3 On-OFF button I need to replace with a radio button

Hi,
no I didn't, I think that button is misleading: the user accepts the privacy YES or NO, he doesn't need to switch something ON or OFF.
I'd prefer the default solution.

EDIT: my subscription is expired at the moment, I can't see the post with the custom.css although it's about a problem to a free product.
If you want to show the css solution here I'll try.

I solved by applying the css suggested here.
I'd really suggest to update T3. Other people already had the same issue.
