Module not showing

I have a module (sigplus) that shows nicely when viewing the template style, and in a default template like protostar. It does not show on the live site and I have no idea why.
Any suggestions?

I have checked and see that the js of this module won't work when enable optimize js. I have excluded the js file of the module and it will show.

Thank you so much for trouble-shooting the issue so quickly. That was well beyond my capabilities.
Perhaps I should use another gallery extension that does not upset Phio? Any recommendation to avoid this issue next time?

I think you can use the Sigplus extension. It looks good.
If you want to install the extensions next time, I recommendation:

Check compatibility with Phio or your website builder before installing any extension.
Research and read user reviews for extensions with positive feedback.
Choose extensions with active developer support and regular updates.
Test extensions in a development environment before implementing them on your live site.

Quick question:
I'd like to hide this module on phones. I've placed in 'Module Class Suffix': hidden-phone hidden-tablet hidden-xs nomobile
Unfortunately none of these work.
Does Phio have a module class suffix to not show the module on mobiles?

Hi NickMo1,
The theme uses Bootstrap 4. So, you can use the following class to hide on desktop or mobile.
Hidden on mobile: d-none d-sm-block
Hidden desktop: d-lg-none

/**Example**/
<div class="d-lg-none">hide on screens wider than lg</div>
<div class="d-none d-lg-block">hide on screens smaller than lg</div>
