Undefined constant "T3_TEMPLATE_PATH"

So just paid for a subscription and tried to use a template but I only got errors. The template is Ja_blockk and for example if I use xLayout - Magazine, all I got is an error Undefined constant "T3_TEMPLATE_PATH". There are other kinds of errors that also prevent the website from working. I thought this was going to be a straightforward process but the same issues from years ago persist.

Edit: of course I had to disable the template because the website was not working so the errors are not present at the moment.

Could you clarify steps to replicate this error? as JA Blockk is built with T4 framework, it looks like you're using another template there too.
