Could you share the URL of page where I can see this warning? it may due to PHP version only.

And pls add exception for IP from Vietnam as I can't access backend of your site now, it always redirects to frontend instead of login form in administrator panel.

You can backup your site first before updating T4 plugin.

If you don't want this file be affected in the future, you can copy it to this folder:

/templates/t4_bs5_blank/html/com_content/article/

If this directory doesn't exist now, just create it.
